The Banana #42 (The Duct Inspector's Reward) can be found at the center fan on the ceiling of the Royal Oil Cruise at the Feast Layer.
When you reach the end of the cruise, transform into Ostrich Bananza form, climb, and flutter to the vents.
Follow the vents until you reach the center fan.
