What is a Style Shop?
Shop that Sells Outfits
The Style Shop is a place where you can buy clothing for Donkey Kong and Pauline.
Here, players can purchase Neckwear, Fur Color, and Britches for Donkey Kong, and entire outfits for Pauline.
Neckwear, Britches, and Pauline's Outfits give bonus effects to Donkey Kong when they're worn, while Fur Color just changes DK's appearance.
All Outfits and How to Change Costumes
Each Clothing Costs a Specific Fossil
Each piece of clothing in Style Shops costs a specific fossil to buy. Fossils can be obtained by digging them up from select terrains.
Use Closets to Change Outfits
You can change Neckwear, Fur Color, and Britches for DK and Pauline's outfit using a closet. Use the closet to mix and match clothing to give Donkey Kong a unique set of effects, which is useful for adjusting your playstyle.
Located in Each Layer
There is a Style Shop located in each layer, and since each layer has a specific set of fossils, the prices of the clothing there costs whatever type of fossils are in the layer.
For example, Canyon Layer contains Trilobite and Leaf fossils, so the clothing you can buy from a Style Shop there will cost either Trilobite or Leaf fossils.
