Find the Source of the Voided Terrain

Source of the Voided Terrain

You can find the source of the voided terrain in the form of a circular device with VoidCo's name on it. It is sealed with several tapes that also has the VoidCo name and logo on it.

All Terrain Types and Interactions

Make Music Near the VoidCo Device to Break the Seal

Press and hold the L button to make music near the VoidCo Device. This causes the tape wrapped around the device to change to a gold color, breaking the seal in the process.

How to Whistle and Make Music

Destroy the VoidCo Device to Clear the Voided Terrain

Once you have break the seal covering the circular structure, use punches to destroy it to clear the voided terrain.

What are Voided Terrain?

Unbreakable Metal Terrain

Voided Terrain are metal terrain that you cannot destroy with DK's punches and other moves. It is powered by a VoidCo device which causes the surrounding area to be covered by Voided Terrain.

Clearing Voided Terrains changes the area back to normal and uncovers new areas, allowing you to explore more of the surrounding area.
