Higher-level clothes are bought from Style Shops in the game, similar to how Level-1 clothing are purchased.

Requires the Level 1 Clothing First

However, players cannot obtain higher-level clothing from the get-go. You need to have the Level-1 version of the clothing first you want to purchase higher-level clothing pieces.

Price Increases the Higher the Level

Higher-level clothing will cost more than its previous level, so it's best you carefully decide which clothing you'll commit to in your playthrough to avoid the risk of upgrading clothes you don't see yourself using.
