Use the Updrafts to Defeat the Munchoids

Use the updrafts to flutter across the poison area and wait for the Munchoids to extend their bodies. Perform a dive punch to hit their weak spots to clear the challenge within the time limit.

Completing the goal within 30 seconds transports you to a different room that contains one Banandium Gem (Battle: Updraft Uproar). Collect it to finish the challenge.
