Complete æ%€æ$ Please Help! to unlock No Guts No Glory. Afterwards, wait around 2 to 3 in-game days to wait for Mrs. Yani to appear to give the quest.
æ%€æ$ Please Help! Quest Guide
No Guts No Glory can be accepted after talking to Mrs. Yani. You can find her beside the entrance of Enzo's Turbo Remodeling Shop.
After receiving the puzzle commission, head back to Random Play and complete it using the HDD.
After completing the puzzle HDD stage, head back outside to Turbo Remodeling Shop and talk to Dollie to complete the commission.

Hollow Deep Dive System Events and Guide
No Guts No Glory is composed of two HDD maps where you must push colored tiles into the green boxes found on the stage.
After completing the first map, head on to the warp tile and do the same for the second map.
After pushing all colored tiles to the green boxes, collect all three Observation Data and Supply Boxes. Defeat the enemies in Critical Stage tile afterwards to complete the puzzle stage.
