Panther's 4-star weapon Masquerade Ribbon is a must-have if you are running a Mono Fire comp alongside Cattle and Key as a complete team.

It already gives an innate attack boost, but it gets even bigger if she attacks an opponent inflicted with Burn.

Soy's 4-star weapon Demon's Bite helps out with his bulk by increasing his max HP. While his Desperado passive is active, he gets even tankier with max HP and a defense boost as well.

This should help him tank more hits for the team while the taunt from his Icy Shield Skill is active.

Knight's Reward works for Fleuret, and the weapon itself gets better the more Awareness Levels he gets. On top of the attack passive, multi-hit attacks will provide additional chances to deal even more damage.

For those that managed to get him at Awareness 6, this means a full-power Saber Surge with 5 Right to Fight stacks will hit really hard.

Edelweiss is actually very crucial to get for Mont because of the synergy with the Ice Crystal stacks. Those are part of her playstyle, which are needed to trigger her Blade Dancer follow-up attack.

Up to a maximum of ten stacks, her Ice damage gets boosted as well. This means with 10 stacks, that would be a 24% Ice damage boost to her skills, Baton Pass and Highlight.
