What is the Third Eye?

P5X What is the Third Eye

The Third Eye is a toggle function unique to the Palace that can help you detect and highlight destructible objects and hidden passages, and marks nearby enemies. Using the Third Eye will put you in a darkened state that can last for up to 15 seconds and goes on a 2 second cooldown if you use up the entire duration.

Can Also Highlight Treasure Chests

In addition to objects and enemies, the Third Eye can also highlight treasure chests that are a good source of Meta Jewels so make sure to keep a look out for these as you progress the Palace.

Press the Third Eye Button Inside the Palace

Phone Tap the Third Eye Button

In order to use the Third Eye, you have to press the Q key on PC or LT/L2 on the controller. This will toggle on the Third Eye function and can be easily toggled off by pressing the same button again.
