Okyann is free to get thanks to the Trials of the Deep beginner’s event, and she is a great Navigator at the start of the game with her Attack buffs. If other characters can fill in a defensive role, she can bring up attack buffs constantly to increase the team’s DPS universally.
Kayo Tomiyama shows up in the Metaverse as Okyann in the Metaverse. They do not have powers to wield a Persona, but they still assist Wonder and his team as they descend down Mementos.

|---|
| ✓ Buff Attack of Whole Party ✓ Recover SP ✓ Build Up Beat Stacks ✓ Priority Skills |
Okyann has 2 skills that provide attack buffs to the whole party, which makes her a good choice if you want to bring multiple damage dealers.
Retro Dance Number further increases the damage against enemies with elemental ailments. Use Club Okyann to increase the chances of inflicting Burn, Freeze, Shock, or Windswept before using Retro Dance Number.
If your party consumes a lot of SP, Okyann is a good addition to your party. Intermission regenerates the SP of the whole team when used.
When using her skills, Okyann gains a certain number of Beat stacks. Once Okyann gains at least 4 Beat stacks, the whole party gets Pulsating Rhythm, which buffs attack, defense, and ailment accuracy.
After unlocking Toe-Tapping, Okyann inflicts a random elemental ailment to an enemy when she gains 6 Beat stacks.
