The Control Center Site is the final part of the Trials from the Sea of Souls in Persona 5: The Phantom X, composing of two specific boss fights. Check out the current opponents available with affinities and best team comps for Season 7, and the most recent bosses from the previous season here!

Control Center Boss Fights
The Control Center boss fights work differently compared to the other fights in the Trials from the Sea of Souls. For one, it is not expected for players to actually defeat the boss itself unless you have maximized accounts with the most optimal stats.
Another thing is that there is a stricter turn limit for the boss fight. Once the main boss does a certain number of attacks, the fight will automatically end. Players must deal as much damage as they can before that turn limit is reached to score as high as they possibly can.

1. Melchizedek gains 6 stacks of Divine Protection at the start of each turn. 2. Each Divine Protection stack decreases damage by 5%. Whenever Melchizedek takes damage from a Skill or Resonance, it loses 1 stack. 3. When Melchizedek has lost all stacks of Divine Protection, all Phantom Thieves gain Divine Blessing which increases the damage dealt. |

Crits are Converted to Flat Damage
If your characters are built to do critical damage harder and more often, it is instead converted into the final damage calcualation of your characters' attacks.
Multi-Hit Attacks Work Best
Because of how hits on attacks, Skills or Resonances are counted separately, Divine Protection will be reduced per hit of the attack. This makes Wind DPS units with multi-hit attacks like Fleuret and F. Mont powerful in this fight.

1. At the start of battle, Vishnu summons 4 servants (Garuda). Vishnu and all servants are in the Soul Link state. Soul Link: Distributes all damage received between all Shadows who share this condition, based on the percentage of their current HP. 2. When Vishnu and its servants take skill damage, they gain Guardian's Preservation based on the attribute, and that affinity is changed to Resist. This effect lasts for 2 turns. |

Have Wide Variety of Elements Between Characters
Vishnu and the 4 summoned Garuda will be very tanky opponents that can deal damage back during their turn once the attacks they receive become resisted effects. Be ready to have as many elements on hand as possible in your team comp to mitigate the damage reduction.
Alternatively, Go Hard Into 1 Element
Another way to deal wit this boss fight is to go all in on the damage in one element with some of your roster's strongest hitters in said Element. They must be fully optimized in every regard, from Weapons to Skill Levels and Revelation Cards all leveled up.
Best Team Comps for Control Center Boss Fights
An interesting caveat for team building in the Control Center is that characters and Personas will be locked from use if you use thim from the other boss fight.
This means the characters and Personas set to fight the Part 1 boss cannot be used to fight the Part 2 boss. Make sure to keep that in mind when building the team!

Multi-hit attacks are the name of the game for the Trials fight against Melchizedek, and lucky for us the two DPS characters for Wind both have powerful Wind attacks at their disposal. Fleuret is already great enough as is once he manages to set up Right to Strike stacks and unleash Saber Surge. At maximum stacks he can hit up to 6 times, easily destroying all Divine Protection stacks with just one proc.
However, the newest addition to the game, Frostgale Kotone, is easily the best Wind DPS in the game while she's in Spring Mode. Zephyr and Ailes au Vent both hit up to 3 times, easily shredding Divine Protection stacks. Chord is there to buff up the team and enable them to spam their Highligh Attacks for more points, and Phoebe takes advantage of the Mono-team set-up to make them hit harder.

Seaside Tomoko and Noir, paired with Oracle's broken Skills, make up a terrifying team comp that deals so much AoE damage that not even Resistances matter at this point. However, one caveat in this boss fight is that the multiplier for damage only triggers with Almighty attacks.
Enter, Justine and Caroline.
The Virtuoso unit can fill in the gap as sub-DPS and Almighty attacker. Depending on what comes along with the Nuclear/Psychic skill they have, they can fill whatever role needed that's not occupied by your team. Then their Third Skill, Two Masks as One, will proc additional effects depending on the pair of skills you equipped them!
General Tips for Control Center Fights
Make Heavy Use of Baton Passes
You want to deal as much damage as possible in order to beat the turn limit. So on top of sweeping attacks and exploiting weaknesses, so try to make use of Baton Passes.
Unlike the other boss fights in the Trials from the Sea of Souls, the main bosses in the Control Center cannot be knocked down even after getting hit by weaknesses.
Mitigate Damage Through Heals, Buffs and Debuffs
The bosses in the Control Center are set to Level 81. At this point, you must have a number of fully-leveled teams to deal with recurring endgame content like the Trials from the Sea of Souls. To survive the boss fights while getting points for ranking, have a Medic in both teams to keep everyone healthy.
Also, have someone decrease the bosses' stats, or consider raising the team's own stats with buffs. A Strategist or a Saboteur in both parties can go a long way.
Have Everyone's Level and Skills at Current Maximum
Trials from the Sea of Souls is as much of a damage check as it is a turn limit challenge. Even just leveling the skills of the Personas owned by Wonder's allies will make a difference in total damage to defeat all the enemies in each trial.
