The Control Center boss fights work differently compared to the other fights in the Trials from the Sea of Souls. For one, it is not expected for players to actually defeat the boss itself unless you have maximized accounts with the most optimal stats.
Another thing is that there is a stricter turn limit for the boss fight. Once the main boss does a certain number of attacks, the fight will automatically end. Players must deal as much damage as they can before that turn limit is reached to score as high as they possibly can.

1. At the end of each turn, Titania gets 2 Fairy Power stacks. 2. Titania loses 1 Fairy Power stack each time it takes a physical attack. 3. Before the start of Titania's turn, it spends all of its Fairy Power stacks to activate Fairy Curse, decreasing all Phantom Thieves' damage by the number of Fairy Power stacks spent x 15%. |

If your characters are built to do critical damage harder and more often, it is instead converted into the final damage calcualation of your characters' attacks. Keep this in mind when you target Asura and the Amu-no-Uzume flanking it on its sides.
A special buff called Bloodbath Blessing will stack onto your allies that spends HP to use a Skill, like the Physical attackers. This gives them a significant increase to final damage, allowing them to hit harder and get more points for the Trial.
While there is no condition to increase the score earned when hitting Psychic attacks, Titania is still weak to this element for this boss fight. This can be taken advantage of by Seaside Tomoko, who can heal up the party after spending their HP to cast Physical skills.

1. At the start of the battle, Zaou-Gongen gains 15 Vajra Shield stacks. Each stack decreases damage taken by 5%. 2. When Zaou-Gongen takes damage from a skill or Resonance, it loses 1 Vajra Shield stack. 3. When Zaou-Gongen loses all Vajra Shield stacks, all Phantom Thieves gain Demon Power, increasing their damage. |

What makes Zaou-Gongen extremely tanky is his Vajra Shield stacks at the start of the fight. Each attack launched at him chips away at his damage reduction, so do not let up on the attacks from your Electric characters.
Once all 15 Vajra Shield stacks are gone, the Phantom Thieves get a damage boost. Use everything in your arsenal, especially damaging Highlights, to increase your score as high as you can before the challenge ends.
An interesting caveat for team building in the Control Center is that characters and Personas will be locked from use if you use thim from the other boss fight.
This means the characters and Personas set to fight the Part 1 boss cannot be used to fight the Part 2 boss. Make sure to keep that in mind when building the team!

This version of Trials from the Sea of Souls seems like it was built to show off Messa, and it shows due to Titania being weak to Physical attacks. If you don't happen to have him in your roster, Skull is another great Physical attacker, despite needing some set-up.
Wonder is no slouch either, as he now has Cu Chulainn, Yoshitsune and Chernobog in his roster of Physical Personas to help out as yet another DPS. On top of that is Seaside Tomoko, who can take advantage of Titania's Psychic weakness while keeping the Physical attackers topped up on their HP.

When Zaou-Gongen became a boss for the first time in Trials from the Sea of Souls, there were not a lot of Electric characters besides Closer and Wonder. This time, however, players can now make use of a full Electric Team if they have the characters.
Closer and Bui will serve as the team's DPS, and Chord will enable both of them to hit even more with Catchy Hook allowing Highlights to be used outside of a full bar. Then, Phoebe can take advantage of the Mono-Electric Team by providing Tailor-Made Cocktails to buff the team as they chip away at Vajra Shield stacks.
You want to deal as much damage as possible in order to beat the turn limit. So on top of sweeping attacks and exploiting weaknesses, so try to make use of Baton Passes.
Unlike the other boss fights in the Trials from the Sea of Souls, the main bosses in the Control Center cannot be knocked down even after getting hit by weaknesses.
The bosses in the Control Center are set to Level 81. At this point, you must have a number of fully-leveled teams to deal with recurring endgame content like the Trials from the Sea of Souls. To survive the boss fights while getting points for ranking, have a Medic in both teams to keep everyone healthy.
Also, have someone decrease the bosses' stats, or consider raising the team's own stats with buffs. A Strategist or a Saboteur in both parties can go a long way.

Trials from the Sea of Souls is as much of a damage check as it is a turn limit challenge. Even just leveling the skills of the Personas owned by Wonder's allies will make a difference in total damage to defeat all the enemies in each trial.
