City Life activities, including the new ones from Kichijoji, let you progress the calendar and level up your Social Stats in Persona 5: The Phantom X (P5X). Urban life activities usually reward the player with Social Stat EXP, which allows you to level up a specific Social Stat depending on the activity you are doing. The Social Stat you want to prioritize entirely depends on which bonuses you want to unlock and which character you want to increase their Synergy with.

Keep a look out for special activities that include spending time with a specific character as this is one of the best ways to increase your Synergy with them. Level up your Synergy with one of 7 characters to unlock their unique bonuses and possibly claim more Meta Jewels.

Part-Time Work activities reward you with money upon completing them which is a good source of income for cases where you are running out of money.
Do note that this is the least priority since it is best to spend your Action Points on Synergy and Social Stats EXP activities for better rewards.

Activities that have a larger stat point reward should be your priority unless there is an activity marked as Big or Rare. These usually cost some money but the pay off is more than worth it.

City Life activities that have Big Rewards marked on them have an increased quantity of the usual rewards you get. Although the contents are random, make sure to take these especially when it rewards more Synergy EXP for certain characters.
On the other hand, activities with Rare Rewards often provide you with a special Gift Set reward that you can use to increase your Synergy with other characters.
Depending on the weather, the Social Stat you will gain can drastically increase! For example, studying while it is raining outside will massively increase the amount of Knowledge you can gain. It is good to keep these in mind when aiming for specific Synergies!

After reaching level 3 in all your Social Stats, start focusing on Synergy to get the skills and bonuses from your bond. It is highly recommended to aim for Merope first so you can unlock the Fusion for Archangel early in the game.
Make sure to use your multiplier to get a better result.

After reaching Chapter 2, you will meet Chihaya the Fortune-Teller in the red-light district. Occasionally, she will come up read your fortune. Taking on this activity will give you a random one-time buff.

Near the start of the game working part-time will be introduced as part of the City mechanic. You will have the option to work at the Convenience Store, Beef Bowl Restaurant, or the Flower Shop. After unlocking the Synergy Bond with Tomoko Noge, you will be able to work at the Crepe Shop as well.

There are books you can purchase in the Hinokuniya Bookstore that can improve the amount of salary you receive from your part-time jobs. After purchasing the book, choose the Read at Home or Read at Library activity to receive its effects.

During your shift you may sometimes encounter random tests that relate to the Part-Time Work you are doing. if you answer correctly you will receive an additional Social Stat Point.

One of the City Life Activities in Kichijoji is the Cafe. Going to the Cafe costs 800 Yen and an Action Point.

You can go to the Jazz Club at night in Kichijoji. You will need to spend 1,500 Yen, aside from 1 Action Point to do this activity.

You can spend an Action Point and 1,500 Yen for the Karaoke activity. You can go there during the evening.

You can work as a part-time at the Fried Food Store to increase your Social Stats. You will also earn some Money from this part-time job.

You can Meditate at the Temple in Kichijoji as a City Life Activity. It doesn't require any Money, so you can easily get in once it appears on your City Life menu.

The maximum number of Action Points you can use to complete activities within the day is determined by the current time of day. Once you have used up all your Actions for the day, your current time will automatically advance to the next time of day.

City Life activities are a type of content that provides rewards such as Social Stats EXP, Gift Sets, Money, and Synergy EXP with certain characters. Take note that most activities have Meta Jewels as their first time rewards so try to take these on as much as possible.
Take note that what you receive and how much will depend on the activity you choose to do.

Certain activities have conditions and requirements before you can can actually take them on. These conditions include a required Social Stat, Money, or having a specific Persona.

In order to complete a City Life activity, you will need Action Points which are a special energy consumed upon completing an activity. You can only have a total of 20 Action Points and 5 points are restored everyday at 8pm UTC.
