Defeat at Random in Metaverse

There is a good chance of randomly acquiring Personas and their seals after defeating them in the Metaverse.

Acquired in Realm of Repression

Realm of Repression

You can acquire Personas by completing challenges in the Realm of Repression. These challenges can be difficult so be sure you're at least 2 levels higher than the required level.

Acquired through Persona Fusion

Persona-Fusion

Personas can be acquired through Persona Fusion in the Velvet Room. Some Fusions are unlocked through level progression, while others require increasing your Synergy Bond with Merope.

Acquired through Contracts

You have a chance at randomly pulling lower-level Persona from Contracts. The chances may be boosted for some event so be sure to check regularly for updates!

Repression Medal II	Obtainable after attempting all Persona dungeons
Repression Medal III	Floor VI, VII of Realm of Repression
Repression Medal IV	Obtained from playing events such as Trials from the Sea of Souls

You can also acquire Personas in the form their seals through the Challenge Rewards Exchange, provided that you've already obtained the Persona beforehand. Different Medals are used to exchange for different Persona seals depending on their rank. You can use these seals for fusions at the Velvet Room.

Persona Roles Differences

Role	Description
Assassin	Specializes in single-target damage, with skills that often target just one enemy
Medic	Specializes in healing skills, keeping the party alive by restoring HP as much as possible
Sweeper	Specializes in AoE damage, with attacks that affect multiple, if not all, enemies on the field
Saboteur	Specializes in debuffs that lower the opponent's stats and reduce the enemy's efficiency
Strategist	Specializes in buffs that increases the team's overall damage output
Guardian	Specializes in defense, often being the tank of the team that provides damage reduction and increases in defense
