Tempest Riko, AKA T. Wind is a Wind Strategist character in Persona 5: The Phantom X (P5X). Read on for details on T. Wind's release date, character profile, persona and voice actors here!

Starting in Version 3.2, Tempest Riko has a chance to appear anytime in Persona 5: The Phantom X, whenever rolling in any Gacha Banner as part of the permanent character pool.

Tempest Riko shows up in the Metaverse as T. Wind in the Metaverse. They do not have powers to wield a Persona, but they still assist Wonder and his team as they descend down Mementos.

While Riko is on the field, when any ally deals damage, for every 1% of their critical rate that exceeds 100%, increase the critical damage of that damage by 2%. |
