Before the start of a battle, you will have to choose two out of the four available pair of Personas that Justine and Caroline possess. Each of these has different specialties and highlights and depending on the pair you choose, will define Justine and Caroline's role.

There are six recommended combinations when pairing Justine and Caroline's Personas. Each combination will let you take up a different role. This will also affect your Skill 3, talent, and highlight. Ardha is still considered Justine and Caroline's main Persona, wherein their role is to perform their Skill 3.

Strict Tolerance At the start of battle, depending on the selected Personas, gain 2 types of Facade. At the start or end of Justine and Caroline's turn, if they have 2 types of Facade, automatically activate Skill 3, Two Masks as One, on a random target 1 time, prioritizing the target of the previous skill attack used. |

Callous Kindness When a Facade is gained, gain the following buff based on the type of Facade: ★ Facade of Mischief and Innocence: Increase party's Attack by 30% for 2 turns. ★ Facade of Service and Admonition: Decrease party's damage taken by 20% for 2 turns. ★ Facade of Absurdity and Nonsense: Increase critical damage of the Assassin or Sweeper ally with the highest Attack by 20% for 2 turns. |

At the start of battle, gain 1 True Desire stack and True Desire. Afterwards, gain 1 True Desire stack every 9 turns. Afterwards, regain True Desire every 9 turns if it has been spent. During their turn, they can spend 1 True Desire stack to enhance the next activated Two Masks as One. Enhanced effect: Activate all Facade effects for Two Masks as One. Also, deal bonus damage to the main target equal to 40% of Attack (8 hits. Increase this skill's effect by 1% for every 1 point of Desire Level. These bonus hits deal 1 hit of Fire, Ice, Electric, Wind, Psychokinesis, Nuclear, Bless, and Curse damage each.) |

Caroline and Justine are the Velvet Room wardens who accompany Igor in Persona 5/5R. They are attendants similar to Merope in P5X.

Justine and Caroline Will Be Coming With Version 2.7
Justine and Caroline is a new character that will be introduced across all versions of Persona 5: The Phantom X, this includes the Chinese, Global, and SEA versions of the game. They will become available on December 25, 2025.
