Avidya, the Sinner of Greed, is the Palace Ruler you get to fight in the Space Port Arc of the Crossroads of Fate event in Persona 5: The Phantom X! For the Sinner of Greed, the level of the boss monster will be determined based on the Distortion Level set before the fight begins.
The lowest Distortion Level is Lv. 1, which sets the boss to Level 26. The highest the event can go is Distortion Lv. 30, which puts Avidya over the level cap at Level 84.

Avidya has no weaknesses nor resistances. It cannot be insta-killed and can nullify Control and Spiritual Ailments.
He takes neutral damage to all affinities, which means players can bring any Phantom Thief for this boss fight.

Avidya is a Limited-Time Boss Fight
The Sinner of Greed is part of the fourth Crossroads of Fate event, where they can be fought as a special limited-time boss. These boss fights are split into 30 different levels; the higher the number, the more difficult the boss fight.
Try to beat the boss on higher difficulties to earn as many rewards as you can!
Only Clear Level 25 For the Highest Stamina Mode Reward
There are 30 levels of difficulty to go up against Avidya, but it is highly suggested to go up to Level 25 to unlock its corresponding stamina mode. While the boss might be quite difficult at level 30, you get an exclusive Badge for your in-game profile upon clearing it.
Clearing Distortion Lv. 25 will also unlock Stamina Mode, where players can start to farm event-exclusive currency!

Each enemy summoned by Avidya has their own weaknesses. The best set of teams that can cover all the enemy weakness is Wind, Psychic, Electric and Nuclear. Form a party that has those elements so that your fight against them will be easier.

Sinner of Greed boss fight will feature a 3 phase boss fight where the first two phase will feature Avidya summoning a handful of bots that you need to kill before facing the boss itself.
To finish phase 1, you need to kill a total of 16 worker bots. In phase 2, you have to kill the black bot to proceed to the last phase but it will endlessly summon more bots for each turn it is alive. Lastly, phase 3 is Avidya however this should be easy enough as it has only 1 HP essentially ending the fight there.

As you defeat higher distortion level of Avidya, you will need to priotize enemies you want to defeat first to lessen the damage you take each turn. If you let them act even once, they can instantly kill one or two of your party members due to the barrage of attacks they inflict.
Focus on Bots with Sacrifice Order Status Effect
Once Avidya starts putting a status effect called Sacrifice Order, shift your focus to those enemies and defeat them within 2 turns or they will blow up and deal a huge AoE damage to your party.
General Tips vs. Avidya
Match the Level According to Distortion Level
Make sure that your team is not underleveled and under-equipped. Have your Phantom Thieves at least around the Minimum or Recommended Level for the boss fight.
Just make sure to check on the Distortion Levels before the boss fight. Players can check the level and active buffs Avidya will have!

Equip and Level Revelation Cards
At this point in the game, players need to have a couple of Revelation Cards equipped to each of the Phantom Thieves. The added stats from the main stat, the substats after being leveled, and the passives that go active will be of great help for damage checks and tanking damage.
Activate Food Buffs
Before you go into the fight, you could consume some of the home cooking Wonder makes in the kitchen. The food he makes will grant the team some buffs that will last for a certain number of battles. These include boss fights like in the Palace or in Mementos!
