Do Pursuit of Treasure in Realm of Repression
The fastest way to get Konpaku Gems is to do the Pursuit of Treasure in Realm of Repression. You will get Konpaku Gems specifically after clearing the stage.
Realm of Repression consumes Stamina so make sure you have enough to do the Pursuit of Treasure!
Free Training Gifts from Shop

There are floating Purple Boxes and Rusty Drums in Path of Qimranut that contains Konpaku Gems. The Purple Boxes will appear after clearing the fog in the first area, and the Rusty Drums will appear in the second area.
Defeat Enemies
Enemies will sometimes drop Konpaku Gems once you defeat them. It's not the best way to earn Konpaku Gems but there are a lot of combat content in the game, giving you more chances to obtain some!
Note that there is a daily limit on this method, roughly around 10,000 Konpaku Gems every day.
Destroy Objects Inside Palaces
You can destroy items inside the Palaces to get Konpaku Gems. These items may take form as Trophies and Boxes that may blend perfectly in the background so keep your eyes peeled!
Get as a Reward as You Progress
You may get Konpaku Gems as a reward when you progress in the Story or complete missions in the Phantom Pass.
How to Use Konpaku Gems
Used for Upgrading
Konpaku Gems are generally used for upgrading. You will consume more once your items or characters get to higher levels, so make sure to collect more before you reach the end game!
