Persona 5: The Phantom X released their 2025 Roadmap, outlining their upcoming game updates for the Global Release. Read on to see their roadmap detailing all updates and future content from November to December 2025.

November to December 2025 Roadmap
November to December Updated Roadmap
An updated and detailed roadmap for November to December was released during the Version 2.5 and Version 2.6 livestream on November 24, 2025. The plans for the foreseeable future is that Crossroad of Fate will span up to Version 2.6 from the Pyramid to the Space Port Arc.
New content and updates to existing game modes such as Velvet Trials and Metro of Desire will be on Version 2.6 while Tycoon will come in Version 2.5 alongside new characters such as Cherish and Noir.
September to October 2025 Roadmap
September to October Updated Roadmap
The Roadmap from September to October has been released on the Version 2.1 and 2.2 livestream on September 21, 2025. The summary is that Summer content will reach up until mid-October, and then the continuation of Katayama's Palace is on Version 2.3!
All September Content
Main Story and Event
The first part of the summer event will take place during the Version 2.1 update in September. Players will get a chance to obtain a 5 Star Weapon Case and get special gifts from the 100-day Anniversary celebration.
Promo and Mini Game
Login bonus, tons of mini games and events, and new Contract System are all releasing on September during the Version 2.1 update. Expect tons of rewards from the mini games and promotional content!
City Life and Synergy
Fishing will be added as a new City Life Activity in the game, as well as new music to the Band Club. Players can also take on the new Synergy Story for Kiyoshi Kurotani.
All October Content
Version 2.2
The part two of the summer event will take place during the Version 2.2 update in early October. There will also be a login bonus event during this time, as well as updates on some of the events from the Version 2.1.
Aside from those, players will see a new Class City Life Activity and the Synergy Story for Kira Kitazato
Version 2.3
All the info for the Version 2.3 in late October are currently not specified, but the second phase of Chapter 3 is the highlight for this update. Players can also expect updates on the City Life Activities and the Synergy Stories for characters on this update.
June to August 2025 Roadmap
Updated Roadmap for July to August 2025
The Roadmap from July to August has been released on the Version 1.2 livestream on July 23, 2025. It summarizes all the content that will release during those months.
All of the revealed content in this Roadmap matches the first Roadmap Showcase, but with more specific and new information, like the new Training System, Chapter 3 Story, and City Life Activities!

During the Persona 5: The Phantom X Release Countdown Special! on June 26, 2025, the Developers announced their roadmap of updates for the rest of June until August 2025.
This includes the upcoming special events, new areas, and additional content.
