Stamina is consumed when participating in different activities in Persona 5: The Phantom X (P5X). Learn how to restore Stamina and its recovery time and limit in this guide!
| How to Recover Stamina |
|---|
|
|
You can naturally recover Stamina every 6 minutes in real world time. You won't have to spend any currency and only wait for it to recover by waiting. You can recover up to 240 Stamina per day (1440 minutes / 6 minutes), so use it regularly before it can reach that number.

| Coffee Candy | Recover 30 Stamina |
|---|---|
| Coffee Aid | Recover 60 Stamina |
You can use Stamina Recover Items such as Coffee Candy and Coffee Aid. These items can be obtained through story missions, side missions, Phantom Pass, Shop, and other contents in the game.

Spending Meta Jewels and Cognition Crystals is another way to recover Stamina. Only use them if you really need to restore your Stamina as both these currencies are hard to obtain and you'll have to use real money to get them.
| Meta Jewels / Cognition Crystals | Stamina Recovered | |
|---|---|---|
| 1st | 50 | 60 |
| 2nd | 75 | 60 |
| 3rd | 75 | 60 |
| 4th | 100 | 60 |
| 5th | 100 | 60 |
| 6th | 150 | 60 |
| Total | 550 | 360 |
You can recover a total of 360 Stamina if you recover your Stamina to the limit using this method. Note that you can only do this 6 times a day.
As mentioned earlier, players can recover 1 Stamina every 6 minutes and 240 Stamina in a day. It will recover to 240 max and will not exceed under normal circumstances.
You will not gain any more Stamina once you hit the 240 limit. It means Stamina will not be stored and be wasted, so try to spend it before it reaches the limit to maximize its use.
You can exceed the 240 Stamina limit if you use items such as the Coffee items, Meta Jewels, and Cognition Crystals. However, you won't get more Stamina through waiting until you spend and leave it below the limit.

The only content that uses Stamina is the Realm of Repression. Clearing a stage and reaping the rewards there will cost you Stamina.
You can claim multiple rewards at once to save time, but you will also need to spend the equivalent Stamina.
