Bui’s entire playstyle revolves doing Follow-Up Attacks. She works well with members that have multi-hit attacks, synergizes with Electric teams. She has innate high crit rate and crit damage, but she is very reliant on her assigned “Player 2” dealing damage as well. She can be quite hard to master, but deals massive damage when played in proper sequence.

Yui shows up in the Metaverse as Bui in the Metaverse. They do not have powers to wield a Persona, but they still assist Wonder and his team as they descend down Mementos.

Bui has multiple skills that increases the damage taken by enemies. Meta Dynamite increases the damage taken by the main target of the skill, while Electric Bomb increases the damage of Shocked enemies.

Tips to Activate Yui's Follow-up Attacks

✓ Designate Ally as Player 2
✓ Use Highlight

Due to Jolly Cooperation, Bui has an 80% chance to do a follow-up whenever an ally uses a skill to attack an enemy.

When Bui uses Sparky Surprise to designate an ally as Player 2, she is guaranteed to do a follow-up attack after that character uses a skill to deal damage.

Use her Highlight and, for 2 whole turns, she will do follow-up attacks whenever an ally deals damage with a Persona skill!

Bui is best paired with Closer since they can take advantage of each others skills. Both of them can increase Electric Damage, inflict Shock, and deal bonus damage against Shocked enemies.

Since you will have two Electric DPS characters, have Wonder bring a Persona that can buff Electric Damage. You will also want to include a healer, like Marian, or a tank, like Soy, to your team.

Bui unleashes more follow-up attacks if you team her up with Joker due to his Extra Turn. Use Bui's Highlight or designate Joker as Player 2 with Sparky Surprise to make good use of Joker's Extra Turn.

Since you will have 2 damage dealers, bring Riddle since she can buff the attack of the whole party. For Wonder, let him take over the healer or tank role.
