At the start of the battle, Yatsufusa activates the Eight Beads of Virtue state and gains resistance to all types of attack. Inflict multiple elemental ailments on Yatsufusa or defeat all 4 Elemental Souls in the field to restore its weakness to Nuclear attacks!
Bring a strong Nuclear Assassin to deal large amounts once Yatsufusa exits the Eight Beads of Virtue state.

Use Queen and Vino if you have them! They can quickly apply multiple elemental ailments to Yatsufusa and end the Eight Beads of Virtue state. Since both characters have Nuclear attributes, the pair also benefits from the Nuclear Damage buff of the fight.
Bring Soy to the fight to absorb the attacks of the 4 Elemental Souls. If you want to bring a Medic, choose Marian since she is a better healer compared to Mona, even if he can inflict Windswept.
- Queen: She will be your main source of damage since she benefits from the Nuclear Damage buff, and her attack increases depending on the number of elemental ailments inflicted on the enemy.
- Vino: Use Diving Ray to inflict elemental ailments and defense debuffs on Yatsufusa.
- Soy: Taunt enemy attacks and increase the Max HP of the party using Icy Defense.
- Okyann: She increases the chances of Vino and Marian to inflict elemental ailments, while also buffing their damage.
For Wonder, equip him with Bishamonten to increase the damage taken by Yatsufusa. You can also bring any Persona with Mafreila, like Phoenix, to deal more damage.

Inflict Elemental Ailments
Focus on inflicting multiple elemental ailments on Yatsufusa to break the Eight Beads of Virtue state and deal more damage. You can also defeat the 4 Elemental Souls to end the Eight Beads of Virtue state, but you will need a strong Sweeper to accomplish the feat.
Enemies also take up to 40% more damage depending on the number of elemental ailments that they have.
Bring a Nuclear Character or Persona
Take advantage of the Nuclear Damage buff by bringing a character or Persona that can deal Nuclear damage. After breaking the Eight Beads of Virtue state, Yatsufusa also becomes weak to Nuclear attacks.
