Joker will be your main star in dealing damage with this line-up. Rin, Chord, and Wonder will use their Persona skills and passives to buff the Damage of Joker.
Focus On Buffing Joker’s DMG
To increase the damage of Joker, you can equip Wonder with Personas that increase Curse Damage, like Alice, or Attack, like Dominion.
Surt can also increase your damage by using "Marakunda" and lowering the enemy team's Defense.
Use Arsene's Chains During Extra Actions
Maximize the damage of Arsene's Chains by using it during Extra Actions. Focus on bringing down the HP of all your enemies down to 60% and then use Arsene's Chains to finish them.
Use Catchy Hook to Build Early Rebellion Stacks
With the addition of Chord and her Highlight support through Catchy Hook, Joker can reliably set his Extra turn early due to easy access to stacks. Alongside the damage buff of being a Costar, this set up quickly deals with the opposition

Use Oracle to Increase DPS
Pick Oracle as your Navigator since this team will make use of a lot of Persona skills with just a single Element.
With her release in Version 2.4, she is essentially a must-slot in most teams if damage is the main concern!

Keep Skull's HP Low
Skull's damage increases based on his missing HP, which gives him good synergy to Leon. Target Skull with Justice Barrier to decrease his HP and earn Power of Friendship stacks.
However, make sure to constantly apply Justice Barrier since it will also heal Skull when the shield disappears.
Taunt Enemy Attacks With Soy
To protect Skull while in Charging Gears state, use Icy Defense so that enemies will target Soy. The skill also increases the Max HP of the party, which makes sure that Skull, even at 20% health, is still quite bulky.

Fox, Cherish, and Yuki Scales Around Defense
As an Ice team, Fox and Cherish will trigger the Ice Harmony to boost their Ice damage. Yusuke can set up first with Keen Eye, while Cherish and Yuki set up both defense and shields to fully make use of Fox's scaling.
Cherish Keeps Everyone Alive
Cherish's ability to consistently apply massive Shields essentially trivializes having a healer on the team. However, in the off-chance you need healing, Wonder can bring Lakshmi for emergencies!
Phoebe Buffs Elemental Damage
Unlike other teams, this Ice team cannot fully utilize Oracle's massive Attack buffs. Despite this, Phoebe herself buffs elemental damage, not Attack or Defense. This interaction with Phoebe allows the team to compete against Attack-centric teams!

Buff Up Queen's Damage
Vino is the best support for Queen. Vino can inflict multiple elemental ailments to increase Queen's damage and help her enter Crash Out state.
For this team, let Wonder bring a Persona that can further buff the damage of Queen. Bishamonten is the best choice since he has Nuclear affinity, and he increases the effect of Nuclear Harmony.
Oracle Breaks the Damage Output
With the addition of Oracle, this Nuclear Team atomizes most groups of Shadows by simply making Makoto either deal neutral damage at all times or have her weakness damage doubled.

This might look like a variation of the Follow-up team thanks to Bui and Closer being part of one team again, but Chord's debut in Version 2.0 Global means that players can now properly ]field a full Mono-Electric team for the game.
Chord Enables More Frequent Highlight Use
Chord by herself lets the entire team use Highlights more often, from using a skill to immediately activate an Ally's Highlight to using her own to fill up the Highlight Gauge faster. This further increases the team's damage output by a significant ammount.
Oracle Massively Increases Damage
As this team is heavily reliant on as much support as possible, Oracle is there to help since she possesses all the premium damage buffs and defense debuffs.

S. Closer will be the centerpiece of damage for this team while the others are focused on buffing her max HP and providing additional heals.
Increase S. Closer's Max HP
S. Closer can deal more damage depending on the amount of max HP she currently has, so buff up her HP at least until 12,000 to maximize her damage potential. To reliably do so, have Wonder apply Lakshmi's passive while Marian uses Compassionate Cure to set her HP up before her damage turn.
Heal to Build Tropical Heart Stacks
To get the game plan of S. Closer going, she needs to be healed 5 times to gain a stack of Tropical Heart, allowing her to use Surf 'n' Shine in succession for a significant burst of damage.
It would be wise to refrain from using Surf 'n' Shine before gaining Tropical Heart to squeeze out as many numbers as possible. Additionally, S. Closer's highlight counts toward her stacks!
Reserve Buffs for the Second Surf 'n' Shine
As soon as you can build up S. Closer's max HP and Tropical Heart, that should be the turn you set up buffs such as Cohesion or Tarukaja. Doing so allows you to capitalize on the buff's active time and deal the optimal amount of damage with S. Closer!
