Moko’s ability to buff an ally is tied to her passive stacks, Greenleaf. She gains this by attacking with Psyche Melody, and loses it when buffing or debuffing. She is best used to buff your main DPS and inflicting the Sleep ailment, which also significantly increases damage dealt.
Tomoko Noge shows up in the Metaverse as Moko in the Metaverse. They do not have powers to wield a Persona, but they still assist Wonder and his team as they descend down Mementos.

| Tips on Using Tomoko |
|---|
|
✓ Buff Teammate With Cheering You On ✓ Use Spirit's Lullaby and Highlight Wisely ✓ Regain Greenleaf Stacks ✓ Priority Skills |
Moko's playstyle revolves around giving her allies a massive DPS and ailment accuracy boost with her buff skill "Cheering You On". This means she is suited for teams that rely on setting up status ailments as their game plan.
However, it is not recommended to use your buffs only on a single ally, as this skill remains active on the user for 2 turns. Diversify Moko's buffs to gain as much value from her as possible.
| How to Use Spirit's Lullaby |
|---|
|
|
Moko's Spirit's Lullaby skill has multiple uses, even for a single skill that inflicts the sleep status on an enemy. Essentially, it is best used to increase the burst damage of an Assassin such as Bui on the turn you'll use their core skill.
Apart from that, you can use Spirit's Lullaby to skip an enemy's turn and mess up their skill rotation when they are about to do a big move. To make Spirit's Lullaby hit as consistently as possible, you will need to increase her Ailment Accuracy either with Revelation Cards or Navigator buffs!

| How to Gain Greenleaf Stacks |
|---|
|
|
Moko's skills are entirely fueled by her Greenleaf stacks. Each battle, Moko will have four of these stacks, so you can cast both Cheering You On and Spirit's Lullaby up to two times before you are required to use Psyche Melody to gain stacks.
Always make sure to manage your Greenleaf stacks so you will not be blindsided on specific turns you need her buffs or sleep status.
However, Moko's Awareness 3 makes this sequence easier as you will now gain 1 Greenleaf stack per turn, making it so you can use your skills three times before having to refresh her stacks!

| Priority | Skill |
|---|---|

| 2 | |

| 4 | |
Prioritize leveling up Cheering You On first, as this skill is what you will regularly rotate around for maximum DPS. Secondly, level up Thieves' Tactics and Spirit's Lullaby to amp up the additional damage an enemy receives. Lastly, Psyche Melody should be prioritized last, as you will only use it to regain Greenlife stacks.

Moko's additional ailment accuracy with Cheering You On allows the Burn Team to have higher consistency on having a turn one Key Sacred Flame set up, as Wonder will have a higher chance to inflict burns. Here are the roles of each member.
As for Wonder, he is meant to apply the Burn status before Key's turn, hence the removal of Lufel. He will also act as a damage buffer to Anne by using Tarukaja when available.

The Power and Trust are the best-in-slot card combo for Moko as it incrementally increases the potency of her Cheering You On buff as the fight prolongs. This set works best when fighting against tanky bosses.
Additionally, this set passively improves your team's DPS by having a static 10% Attack boost without any conditions to activate it!

If you are having trouble keeping Moko alive to make her buffs matter, the Prosperity and Trust card combo allows Moko to survive longer by decreasing damage dealt to her while still having the ability to buff her team's damage.
Additionally, this set allows you to build Highlight faster, meaning you can have less to set up your combos!
