Oracle is currently the best character in the game. Her ability to buff allies and change enemy weaknesses is uncomparable to other support characters, and can change up your teams damage capabilities by a large margin. She currently holds the crown, and is a must pull character on any team.

Futaba Sakura Skill Explanation
Start the Fight With Pentest Complete!
Once it is Futaba's turn, always start with Pentest Complete! to decrease the enemy defense, activate Data Storm and deal double damage if the attacks your party deals hit the enemy weakness.
Use Data Link Established! to Implant Weakness
Select one of your ally that you want the enemy to be weak with for a turn. Do note that the weakness only works if the affinity was at normal resistance. Resist will make it to normal while Null/Repel/Absorb will lower it down to resist. If the enemy was already weak to that element, they will receive more damage.
When using Data Link Established! make sure that you have activated Data Storm on your allies first by using Futaba's Pentest Complete! or Vulnerability Found!.
Vulnerability Found! For Single Target Enemies
Only use Vulnerability Found! if there's only one enemy in a fight especially bosses. This was orignally not part of the skill rotation but thanks to the changes Futaba got in Global, both Pentest Complete! and Vulnerability Found! duration increased to 3 turns.

Prioritize maxing out Data Link Established! and Pentest Complete! as this will be the two skills futaba mostly uses. You can leave Vulnerability Found! at level 8 but if you have spare materials, you can max it out too.

Futaba's skills scales off attack and since she is an Elucidator her best card set is Resolve and Labor as such her main stat should be attack. For her substat, focus on attack, critical rate and critical damage to further increase her buffs and debuffs effectiveness while increasing the stat of your party members.

Futaba's role in this team makes it so Messa deals more physical damage and be playable in most content as it is a bit common to have enemies resist physical attacks.
- Messa: He is the main DPS of this team. Apply a lot of bleed as much as possible before activating it to deal huge damage.
- S. Moko: She will increase Messa's attack and ailment accuracy to further enhance his damage while providing heals to the party.
- Chord: She buffs Messa and her prime target for highlight should always be Messa.
- Oracle: She provides defense reduction and implants physical weakness to enemies.
Wonder will start with Chernobog especially if you have the Eye of Obsequies dagger to increase ailment accuracy and attack while he rotates Dominion and Dionysus' buffs to Messa.

Futaba needs to focus on Bui only even if she is the only electric character in the team. This is the highest electric damage you can do in the game and with Futaba's addition it will be more. Do note that this team works best on bosses.
- Bui: She is the main DPS of the team and her goal is to activate her follow-up attack 2-3 times every turn.
- Queen: She is a sub-DPS in this team and again using only her skill 3 every turn.
- Vino: She is also a sub-DPS in this team, capable of supporting Queen and helps Bui activate her follow-up.
- Oracle: She provides defense reduction and implants electric weakness to enemies.
Wonder will start with Thor especially if you have the Ex Machina dagger to increase electric damage and he rotates Dominion and Dionysus' buffs to Queen. On every third turn, make sure to use Thor's signature skill to help buff electric damage and activate Bui's follow up attack.

Futaba Sakura is a must pull and can fit in any team because of her ability to implant weakness to all enemies based on what elements your party has. She does not need any other characters to fully work and will always increase the power of your team no matter who it is. She also has access to survivability tools such as shields or a revive if you pulled 2 more copies of her.

Hello @Njoyer, thank you for using our guide! The single-target nuclear team's job is to deal the highest possible damage in the game. If you want survivability, you can have Wonder shield the party with King Frost/Norn or swap out Vino for Marian/S. Tomoko or Soy/Cattle so that your team can survive enemy attacks, or if it is needed in Nightmare's Gateway.
