As of launch, Morgana is the only character in the roster that can revive a fallen ally in a battle. Even if restricted behind a Highlight, it is still a very powerful ability to have. His passive, however, does not incentivise repeated use of healing skills in consecutive turns in order to get Chivalry stacks. His strength also lies in his guaranteed Windswept.

Mona gains Chivalry Stacks by using a different skill during his turn. Chivalry heals the party whenever another character uses a skill or Highlight.
You can get also get Chivalry when Gentle Fist delivers a Critical Hit. However, Gentle Fist has a chance to miss when used.
Increase Crit Rate
Missile Whirlwind and Healing Breeze can also grant Chivalry Stacks but not everytime. Increase the Crit Rate of Mona to improve your chances of getting Chivalry.
Revive Allies with Highlight
At the current state of the game, Mona is the only character that can revive a fallen ally. While only limited to his Highlight, it can provide a life vest for players when faced against strong enemies.

Since Mona is a healer, you will want to get the most out of his sole healing skill. Afterwards, focus on Missile Whirldwind for damage and decreasing the defense of enemies with Windswept.
You can level up Gentle Fist last because, while it has good damage, it has a tendency to miss a lot even in higher levels.

Mona can fit to most teams due to his healing abilities and his unique Highlight. The abilities of Riddle can further bring out the strengths of Mona to the party.
With Mona on the team, Wonder will have more freedom to use Physical and Gun skills. If built properly, the healing of Mona will negate the HP consumed even by the strongest skills.

Partnering Mona with Fleuret will grant a 10% Wind Skill DMG buff to the party. To ensure that you can sweep away any foe, bring Personas like Jatayu that can remove Wind Resistance.
Leon can also freely provide buffs to the party because of Mona. For more difficult content, Leon can also help Mona keep your party alive by healing and shielding his allies.

The combination of Love and Meditation seems tailor-made for Mona. Love can increase the effectiveness of his healing skills and Meditation will do the same when you do critical damage.
If you focus on building Mona's crit rate, you can constantly activate the effect of Meditation and also gain Chivalry stacks.
