S-Level is a post-level progression for Wonder where you can continue to upgrade his stats after reaching his highest level, which is Level 80. This should help keep Wonder to still be on par with other characters, especially the new ones coming out on each update.

P5 Phantom X - Super Schema Points for Wonder

Once Wonder (and by proxy, the player's account) reaches Level 80, instead of going over Level 80 it instead rewards the player with a Super Schema Point.

This can be used to raise his HP, Attack and Defense by a flat amount. It adds up the higher the Stats Up node in his Schema goes, which should benefit in the long run.
