Persona 5 Phantom X - Protagonist Name
When you first enter the game you will be asked for your character's name. The default Name in the Global release is Nagisa Kamishiro, with the last name spelled as Kamisiro because of the game's character limit.

How Should You Name The Protagonist?

The Player is free to choose what name the protagonist will have. The Protagonist's name doesn't change anything in the gameplay.

Keep in mind that both the first and last name is limited to 8 characters.

How to Change Protagonist Name?

Change it From The Player Profile

Persona 5 X - Changing Names
Open your phone and select your avatar to enter the Player Profile. Click on the 3 dots at the side of your Avatar image then select Change Name to edit the players name.

You will have 1 free chance to change your name, if you want to change it again, you will have to pay 200 Meta Jewels.

Why Can My Name Not Be Used?

Possible Censorship Due to Profanity

If your name sounds like or contains profanity the game will automatically censor it and stop you from registering that name.
