Simple Fight
The first phase of Shadow Kiuchi is pretty simple. Nothing big to note about in this fight. If you sufficiently prepared for this boss fight, this is a pretty easy Phase to go through.

Shadow Kiuchi Gains More Powerful Attacks
The second phase is where the Boss Fight really begins. Shadow Kiuchi gets more powerful attacks starting in this phase, including mutliple AoE attacks that will hit the entire party.
On top of that, he now gets a Bless Resistance, and can now absorb Wind attacks to be healed instead. He also gains Charge as part of his arsenal, giving his physical skills a powerful boost.

Kill the Cheerleaders ASAP
At the beginning of Phase 3, Shadow Kiuchi will summon two minions in cheerlading outfits. While they are on the field, they will boost his damage, and lets him unleash his ultimate attack: Fanatic's Fastball.
This attack is automatically used at the start of this Phase, so be ready to tank a lot of damage. Take down both of the cheerleaders as fast as possible to not give him a second chance in using this attack.

Shadow Kiuchi/Cupid Phase 4 #

By Phase 4, the Cheerleaders will stop respawning after being defeated. Simply lower Shadow Kiuchi's HP enough to trigger a cutscene.
After that, it will immediately move to Closer's turn, and Highlight will be automatically filled. Feel free to use it as the finishing move to beat the boss fight!

Considering that Closer is a mandatory teammate to have against Shadow Kiuchi, the best team comp for this boss fight is double Electric and double Fire. Cattle and Panther will be the Fire units, while Closer and Wonder with an Electric Persona will be the other half.
This triggers two Harmonies that will incease their respective elemental damage! Then, Okyann is a great Navigator for this team comp, as she can boost damage to enemies with an inflicted Elemental Ailment, like Burn or Shock.
General Tips Against Shadow Kiuchi
Level Up Everyone to at Least Lv. 30
As part of the quest, the Global version of the game requires Wonder to reach Level 30 first before the player can fight them.
At this point, your team should be decently built enough, with their respective skills Leveled up, and their Weapons upgraded to its current maximum. If you feel like you're not prepared enough, you can always come back before you give the Calling Card and begin the raid.
Level 35 Story Support Closer Available
Because of her significance to the story, Motoha Arai is a mandatory character for this boss fight. If you have her underleveled, players can use a Level 35 Closer automatically added to the party to help you with this boss fight.
Do Not Bring Janosik
Generally speaking, Janosik is a great Persona to have until late-game thanks to his playstyle around the Marked passive. However, it is not recommended to bring Janosik in this boss fight.
In Phase 1, Shadow Kiuchi is resistant to Gun attacks. Starting in Phase 2, he gains a Bless Resistance on top of that. Both Elements are the same ones Janosik has for its skills.

Shadow Kiuchi Will Target Closer More Often
There is a tendency that Shadow Kiuchi will target Closer a lot more compared to the other members of your team. This is especially true startin in Phase 2 onwards, where Shadow Kiuchi will begin charging up an attack, and it will hit her when that attack pushes through.
Hit Technicals Often
Shadow Kiuchi does not have any weaknesses, save for the two cheerleaders it summons during Phase 3. Instead, build your team around hitting Technicals instead to deal bonus damage.
