The Trumpeter fight recommends players to tackle this boss with a team that is at least Level 74. However, at this point you should have been to Katayama's Palace. With the game having a difficulty spike with no level scaling with the release of Chapter 3 Phase 1, we highly recommend you get Wonder's teammates to Level 80.
At this point of the game, a player should be having well-built characters and team comps, and have kept them ready for battle. Leveling their skills to leveling Revelation Cards is absolutely crucial. Be properly leveled, equipped and prepared first before tackling this boss.

The Trumpeter is the final boss fight that can be found in Path of Chemdah Area 3 in Mementos. You have to beat this boss before you can progress to Area 4.
It is highly recommended for players to clear Chapter 3 Phase 1 of the story as prepeartion, so that players can fully tour around the Path of Chemdah in Mementos to find the Trumpeter boss fight.

Unlike most other boss fights found in Mementos, Trumpeter cannot be damaged at first. You have to defeat all of his allies first to be able to begin dealing damage to him.

In turn of not being able to attack or be attacked while allies are on the field, Trumpeter instead uses a skill called Horn of the End, which will allow the Trumpeter to let an ally use one of their skills in his place.

Once all of Trumpeter's allies have been defeated, he will begin “chanting”, marking the beginning of the countdown before he gets to use Horn of Ruin.
If Trumpeter successfully casts Horn of Ruin, not only are his allies revived and significantly buffed, he will deal extremely high damage to your allies. If you are not careful enough, this can lose you the boss fight.
Players only have a two-turn window before Trumpeter fully casts Horn of Ruin. This is a damage check to see if your team can take down Trumpeter while he's vulnerable.
If you can defeat Trumpeter before he casts Horn of Ruin before he can cast it, it immediately fails, his allies do not get revived nor buffed, and you have won the boss fight.
Out of all the allies that Trumpeter has brought into this fight, the most notable one will be Kumbhanda. His Bloodbath skill can inflict fear to your team, including Wonder himself.
While an ally is struck with Fear, they have a chance to run away from the fight, leaving you with one member less. If Wonder runs away, it automatically counts as a defeat!

As of writing, this might be the strongest team a player can build in the game right now. Queen can nuke just about any enemy that does not nullfy Nuke damage outright, and all she needs is for herself or for Vino to apply Elemental Ailments to proc her additional damage. It also helps that
Then comes the addition of Chord, who will let her make use of Highlights more frequently. Phoebe will then boost Nuke damage as a pseudo-mono-Nuclear team composition.

Make sure that your team is not under-leveled and under-equipped. Make sure to have your Phantom Thieves at least around the Minimum or Recommended Level for the boss fight.
Leveling Guide: How to Level Up Fast

Before you head into the fight, remember to adjust your team comp properly as well as their turn order! The game will even bring you to the Team screen just before the boss fight properly begins.
Make sure to bring the right people for the job. Otherwise, the fight will be a lot harder before you realize you are using the wrong team.

Before you go into the fight, you could consume some of the home cooking Wonder makes in the kitchen. The food he makes will grant the team some buffs that will last for a certain number of battles. These include boss fights like in the Palace or in Mementos!
