Train and Acquire Better Personas
You must obtain better Personas and train them to increase your stats, which will also increase the damage you can inflict in battle. You can farm Personas and their upgrade materials from the Realm of Repression!

Upgrade Your Characters
Upgrading your characters will allow them to deal more damage in battle. Increase their level and skills until you hit the limit to reach their highest potential in the game.

Equip Better Weapons
You can equip better weapons for your characters, including Wonder, to increase their attack and amplify their damage further. You can get new weapons from the Airsoft Shop and Weapon Banner.
Upgrade Wonder Skills
It's best to always upgrade Wonder's Skills once they become available. This will ensure that Wonder doesn't fall behind in terms of damage. You can get the materials for upgrading Wonder's Skills by putting new Personas in the Compendium and completing Velvet Trial levels.

Cook and Eat Food
You can cook and eat food to increase your damage in battle. Specifically, it's best to make and eat the Sweet Kinako Mochi as it can increase your attack power.

Unlock Thieves' Den Buffs
You can unlock tons of damage buffs inside the Thieves' Den. Earn P Medals and unlock those buffs to increase your damage every time you enter a battle.
Use Skills to Apply Buffs
You can use skills to apply buffs to your characters to increase their damage during battle. Most of the buffs can be acquired from Assist Characters, but some characters may also apply them.
You can also apply debuffs that can decrease the defense of the enemies to increase your damage.
Explot Enemies' Weaknesses
You can increase the damage of your characters in battle if they hit the enemies' weak spots. They will be able to do 1 More and All-Out Attacks when they knock down the enemies in battle.
Make sure to check their weaknesses before and during the fight to prepare your best Characters and Personas.

Palaces
Palaces will require you to have better stats and damage when you reach the late game. It will be hard for you to progress in the palaces if you characters' damage are lacking, especially against bosses.

Velvet Trials
Velvet Trials converts your damage into points, which helps with clearing the objectives. Higher levels in Velvet Trials will also require you to have high damage as the enemies' HP will increase exponentially.
Nightmare Gateway
Nightmare Gateway is a Guild content where you need to accumulate enough points and rank well to get rewards. You can get points if you do tons of damage on the raid boss.

Mementos
Mementos have strong bosses that will require you to have high damage to defeat them. Retreat and give your team some training before heading back into Mementos if you're lacking in damage.
