Marian is easily the best healer in the entire game, and will continue to be for a good while. She grants max HP, a damage buff, a cleanse for 1 debuff and a heal over time through her skills. She is good for any team, making her a very flexible option.

Minami Miyashita shows up in the Metaverse as Marian in the Metaverse. They do not have powers to wield a Persona, but they still assist Wonder and his team as they descend down Mementos.

Heal Allies With Skills
All of Marian's skills heal the party in one way or another. Even Nurse's Light, her only offensive skill, grants Blessing, which also provides healing, to the whole party.
Remove Debuffs With Healing Grace
AS of her release, Marian is the only character that can remove any type of debuff. Mona, the only other 5-star Medic during her release, can only remove Elemental ailments like Burn, Shock, Freeze, and Windswept.
Healing Grace is a very potent skill; especially against enemies that love to inflict debuffs.
Increase Max HP
Aside from healing characters, Marian is also capable increasing the Max HP of the whole party using Compassionate Cure or her Highlight.
Characters like Soy benefit from having Marian in the team since their skills scale depending on their Max HP.
Gain Diagnosis Stacks

Compassionate Cure increases the Max HP of the party depending on the number of Diagnosis stacks. Marian gains 1 Diagnosis immediately at the start of the battle.
Marian can use Nurse's Light and Healing Grace to replenish her Diagnosis stacks. She also gains a Diagnosis stack if an ally's HP is below 70% at the start of her turn.

Since Marian is a healer, you will be mostly using Healing Grace amongst all her skills. You will want to increase its level so that this skill can heal more.
When you have extra materials, level up Compassionate Grace to increase the Max HP of the party. However, the Max HP increase will still depend on the HP of Marian, so raise it first before the skill itself.

Marian is a good addition to a team that includes Key. When Marian increases the Max HP of the party, Key's sklls also gets buffed up. Marian can also counteract the HP cost of Key's skills.
Panther's attacks benefit from the partnership of the two since Key increases Fire Damage.

Soy and Marian can buff one another since both of them can increase the Max HP of the party and their skills scale depending on their Max HP. Soy can also protect Marian by absorbing all the damage while she can keep him alive with her heals.
While any DPS can fit with this team, adding Mont to the line-up will increase the Ice Damage of the party by 10%. With Mont as your DPS, have Wonder bring an Ice Damage buffer to make her more dangerous to your enemies.

Control increases the HP of Marian, which benefits all of her skills.
However, the downside is that the Control and Awareness set is only useful in a Fire DPS Party. The set only buffs the Fire Damage of the whole party which limits the possible teammates of Marian.
