These bosses are part of the story, where Wonder and his team of Phantom Thieves steal the hearts of certain targets to reveal what corrupts a person's desires.

They can only be fought after progressing to the end of a Palace, and sending out a Calling Card to their target.

Palace Sub-bosses are enemies found around their respective palaces that are stronger than regular Shadows.

Most of these include mechanics that the player has to consider during the battle, and others must be defeated in order to progress through the mission or story.

The Mementos Bosses are significantly powerful enemies that can be found while scouting the dungeon.

They often act as a gatekeeper to progress deeper into the area. The Phantom Thieves must defeat them in order to continue their progress.

The Gates of the Nightmare Catcher are P5X's version of a raid boss, where players cooperate with each other via Companio to take down a very powerful boss and chip away at their HP.

Players can show off the damage records here using their built characters to clear this challenge and earn points for ranking and bragging rights.

Trials from the Sea of Souls Bosses

All Trials from the Sea of Souls

The Trials from the Sea of Souls are limited-time challenges of the Velvet Trials, pitting players against a rotation of bosses with special conditions and buffs.

This challenges the players to construct their team compositions carefully to go do a handful of trials in one attempt.
