Vishnu's general weakness is the Fire Affinity while being resistant to both the Ice and Bless affinity. Furthermore, Vishnu's clones will also share this weakness, meaning that the Soul Link between them will rack up high damage numbers.

Allow Vishnu to Create Four Clones
Vishnu, upon reaching the 90% and 60% HP threshold, will summon two avatars himself during the battle and continues to do so when one gets defeated. When the main body of Vishnu is weakened, damage dealt to all the clones will be added to your score.
With that in mind, quickly aim to hit these HP thresholds by the first or second round of turns to maximize the amount of points you gain with the Soul Link effect!
Use a Fire Sweeper to Maximize Points
On top of Vishnu's special effect that increases the amount of damage a Sweeper deals, all copies of Vishnu and himself will take 20% increased damage as long as they have the Burn status.
Fire Personas such as Decarabia and Queen Mab would be great options to use if you do not have access to Baphomet yet.

To increase your consistency of inflicting Burn with Wonder, consider teaching these Persona either of the three Burn Boost skills. Furthermore, you can also increase Wonder's innate ailment accuracy by speccing into it!

If you were able to get your hands on Ann either as your 5-star choice or reward from the Starter Banner, then optimizing the Vishnu fight will be easy! The premium team to fight Vishnu is composed of Panther, Key, Soy, and Okyann! These are their roles during the battle:
- Ann: She will serve as your main DPS through-out most of the fight by spamming Falling Sun.
- Key: He will apply the Sacred Flame buff after Wonder applies the Burn Status on Vishnu.
- Soy: He will be yourGuardian that will help mitigate damaged received in the fight.
- Okyann: Generally provides damage buffs on enemies with the Burn Status through her "Retro Dance Number" skill.
As for Wonder, he will consistently be applying Burn and dealing as much Fire damage as possible with either of the three Persona options. As a slot-in, he can also serve as a buffer to Panther after applying the Burn Status!
