Currently, the best overall banner is Haru's featured banner, Le Rogue et le Noir featured in Version 2.6. She is a Psychic Sweeper capable of dealing constant heavy AoE psychic damage using her ranged attacks that her skills provides buffs after using it.
She is currently the only psychic damage dealer in the game with respectable damage output and will be for a long time. Pull on her banner to not miss out a psychic character in your team!
