At the start of the game, Cattle is your only lifeline in keeping the party healthy with heals. He even grants an attack buff thanks to the Starfire passive stack. As you get more characters, he quickly gets outperformed as an overall support, and becomes more of a niche team member for a Fire team.

Lufel is a part of Wonder's team of Phantom Thieves, which operate on a separate basis from the original Phantom Thieves of Heart in Persona 5.

Heal Allies
Cattle has many multiple healing skills fit for different situations. Owl Green heals a single ally while Healing Satellite and his Highlight can heal the whole party!
Buff Attacks with Starfire
When Cattle heals characters, those characters receive Starfire, which buffs their Attack. After unlocking Forest Sage, Cattle also grants Starfire to his allies when he uses Owl Fire.
His Highlight also provides an Attack Buff to the whole party.

Since Cattle is a healer, players will want to prioritize his healing skills. Focus first on Healing Satellite since it can heal your whole party.
Thief Tactics comes second since it also provides an attack buff. It is recommended that you level Owl Green up next but, if you want to use Cattle as a Fire DPS, you can also go for Owl Fire.

Team Cattle up with at least 2 damage dealers. He buffs the attack of his allies with his offensive skills and healing skills because of his Passive Forest Sage and his Awareness 0 Redheaded Hero.
Mont and Closer are characters that you receive early at the game. They are both damage dealers and can benefit from both the buffs and heals provided by Cattle.
