Talk to the Inebriated Lady
Go to Shinjuku and speak to the Heavy Drinker in front of the izakaya next to Victory Kitchen. You will find the izakaya in the southern portion of the map.
How to Advance the Time
You can only start the quest when it's Night and Clear. If it's not Night, go to your smartphone, click Missions, and press Track to advance the time.
Head to the Station
After speaking with Chizuko, go to the the other side of the road and you will be accosted by a drunk person. Chizuko will come to your rescue and invite you to join her in a bar.
Go Home and Wait Until Tomorrow
To advance the time to tomorrow, click the mission in the upper right corner of the screen. You can also spend action points to advance the day.
Check Your Phone
Open your smartphone by clicking the prompt on the left part of your screen. Read the message sent by Chizuko and accept her invitation.
Chat with Chizuko Nagao
Go to the bar at Shibuya. You will find the bar near the Velvet Room.
Inside the bar, Chizuko will share her troubles regarding her granddaughter.
