Persona 5 X How to Use Items

Items can be used during battle and inside Palaces in Persona 5: The Phantom X (P5X). Learn how to use and get items in this guide!

Item Used in Battle

Items can be used during battle to support your characters. To do that, switch the panel by pressing the icon near Highlight, then choose Items and select the item you want to use.

Note that there is a limit for using items during battle. It will also consume a turn so make sure to only use it when needed!

Used Inside Palaces

Used Inside Palaces

You can use items outside of combat while inside the Palaces. Open the Menu (Phone) and tap the Bag from the selection. You can then choose which item to use!

Set Item for Quick Use

You can also register an item and use it without opening the menu and your bag. You can register an item by pressing and holding the Item button (near Dash).

Once registered, press the item button or tap it to use it immediately.

How to Get Items

Different Game Modes and Events

Realm of Repression Level Up Material Stages

You can get items on different game modes and events in the game. You will find certain items in specific contents only, so make sure to unlock and check each one to see what items you might need!

Players will most likely go in the Realm of Repression to farm items for upgrading Characters, Weapons, and Personas. Other useful items like Meta Jewels and Konpaku Gems can be found through Lufel's Business Plan, Phantom Pass, and Events.
