When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Halloween Anna are +Spd and -Res. Halloween Anna's Spd is the highest in the game as of the time of her release, sitting at base 47, 51 with a superboon, and an exclusive weapon boosting it further by an additional +3, for a total of base 54 Spd. With Spd investment, Halloween Anna will outspeed most, if not all of her foes.
Res is the clear bane of choice as it is Halloween Anna's least important stat.
We recommend +Spd when merging Halloween nna up to +10 to maintain her Spd edge against her foes.

Halloween Anna's Harmonized Skill grants 【Resonance: Blades】 and 【Resonance: Shields】 and restores 99 HP to Halloween Anna and all her allies from the same titles as unit. These bonuses count towards the checks for Payday Pouch and Atk/Spd Prime 4 as well, making the conditions to activate it easier.
Additionally, this Harmonized Skill grants Special cooldown count -5 to Halloween Anna, instantly pre-charging any Special skill she has equipped. In game modes where the Harmonized Skill button isn't disabled, this effect can swing the momentum completely depending on the Special she has equipped.
As a flying unit, Halloween Anna takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.
