The Mystery of Arpeggio Fault Stage 4 Details and Floors

The Prep Area, Shallows, Mid-Level, Depths, and Fault Floor of Area 4 can be unlocked by completing the floor prior.
However, the Ruins and Ruin Depths can be unlocked after completing the Where the Mystery Went quest and the Turbulent Corridor - Fault Floor.
Part of the Corruption Crisis Quest
The Laboratory Ruins, Area 4, is part of The Mystery of Arpeggio Fault - Corruption Crisis quest. This quest continues on to Turbulent Corridor, Area 5.
Completing the Fault Floor of Laboratory Ruins also unlocks the Turbulent Corridor.

Arpeggio Fault Area 4 Strategy
- Recruit As Many Agents As Possible
- Be Cautious Around Random Events
- Carefully Choose Your Plug-Ins and Resonia
Recruit As Many Agents As Possible
The whole Laboratory Ruins area is huge and each floor has many hidden tiles, so it's better to bring as many agent helpers as you can to help you defeat enemies while you explore.
There are three agents you can recruit at each stage, depending if you have upgraded as many Agent helpers by giving the Pink Gun TV tile 50 and 100 Contribution Points.
Be Cautious Around Random Events
Be cautious when interacting with random events. Most of them can give out rewards or buffs that can help you explore each floor more easily.
However, sometimes these random events may spawn enemies instead, and when you're not careful enough, you might put yourself in a tough spot.
Carefully Choose Your Plug-Ins and Resonia
Always choose your Bangboo Plug-Ins and Resonia wisely. They can either help you explore each floor or make it much more difficult.
We recommend choosing Plug-Ins and Resonia that can give either +HP, +ATK, or both to the protagonist due to the stage mechanics giving out buffs to the enemies a whole lot more compared to the other areas.
Laboratory Ruins Secret Message
Password and Secret Message in Ruin Depths
An easter egg can be seen in Laboratory Ruins Area 4 stage in the in 99F-B - Ruin Depths after collecting the Arpeggio Fault code found throughout the event's stages.
It will spell “CHESSBOARD THANKS SO MUCH FOR PLAYING OUR GAME ❤”

Arpeggio Fault Password Guide
Have at Least 7 Starting Bombs
Before heading out to view the secret message, you need to have at least 7 starting bombs from the Tech Tree. Randomize some of your Tech Buff nodes until you can start a run with 7 bombs.
Go to Laboratory Ruins 99F-B
The secret message is located in Laboratory Ruins 99F-B Area 4 stage in the in 99F-B - Ruin Depths. You must complete the Arpeggio Fault Follow-Up Investigation - Where the Mystery Went quest first to access this floor.

To display the secret message, you must open chests in Laboratory Ruins 99F-B - Ruin Depths.
There is no particular order to follow when opening the chests since the secret message will still be displayed even if some of the chests forming the letters of the message disappear.
