To unlock the Stove's on Fire quest, you must complete the Leisurely Lull - Unexpected New Customer main commission. This quest will be unlocked after completing Chapter 4 - Tour de Inferno.
Leisurely Lull - Unexpected New Customer
Stove's on Fire is the main quest that's part of the Overlord's Feast Event! The quest essentially teaches you how to manage the Cheesetopia Diner and to get 1200 Revenue!
Head to Cheesetopia using the Travel Function. When you get there talk to Kasa and Burnice about opening the Cheesetopia diner once again. You get involved in the establishment's restoration process.
Go inside the Cheesetopia and inspect it with Burnice. This unlocks the Diner Management section of the Overlord's Feast Event!
Talk to Kaya once again and complete Cheesetopia Stage 1 Diner Management. This is where you'll get shown the ropes on how to serve customers!
Invite three townspeople to eat at the diner. After that, talk to Kasa once again to access and complete stage 2! Afterwards, you can continue serving customers in Stage 3.
After stage 3, a dialogue cutscene will appear with Caesar where you talk about someone stealing cheese from the Sons of Calydon. You must get it back by completing the The Kitchen Burns Wild Combat Commission!
Clear the Cheesetopia Stage 4 and serve customers as well as Caesar food!
After completing Level 1 Stage 4, talk to Kasa and Caesar where you'll unlock the To-do Tasks which is series of side quests! Progress through The Cowboy Arrive Through the Swinging Doors Combat Commission and the Taste of Emergency Food City Commission.
Complete the remaining stages in Level 2 and reach 1200 Total Revenue!
