She badly needs a buff, she's literally worse than Lucy now with the gameplay focusing on off-field damage.
Dropping her down a tier makes zero sense. She's an awesome support and stunner. Who makes these choices? Lmao

Parry-type fans are happy using Caesar. Learning perfect parries from Ben is a must for her gameplay like Darksouls 2 Yukaslegion2 the Parry master. hehehe

"Any single instance of DMG will not exceed the Shield value" Make her very broken in Tower mode, even if the enemy can destroy your shield in 1-hit, it won't decrease your HP unlike other shielders like Ben or Seth for example. For Tower Mode I recommend giving her full energy build to refresh her shield as fast as possible, amounts of shield don't matter much in later floors, since it will be destroyed in 1-hit anyway.

From what I'm gathering, a team of Ellen, Caesar, and basically anybody else would be a MONSTER of a team
Soldier 11 + Caesar + Lucy is absurdly powerful due to both buffing Soldier 11 and Caesar's ease of stun to access Soldier 11's extra stun damage.
She's UNBELIEVABLY strong, and basically unkillable.
Caesar + x + y = Deleted. Thats why she is so good, she ll be now in every premium team ;)
Caesar + Jane + Seth = Deleted.
Team support wise Definitely. Solo DPS wise no. Her special skill timed correctly (which is very easy) provides a partywide shield based off her total impact that has its own healthpool; meaning until the shields hp is depleted, your agents health doesn't decrease. Not only a partywide shield, but a huge attack buff for 60 secs (max is a whopping + 1,000 attack if core skill is maxed). Also bc of her high impact stat, she is a solid daze applicator.

she's super good i used her without any disks and she broke the enemy shield quite easily
