Talk to Enid and Jackie
To start this Commission, teleport to Officer Mewmew and head past the statue to talk to Enid.
Get Some Cakes and Candles

Head down the stairs and grab some Cakes from Ellen's friends, Lynn and Ruby, as well as Candles from the Aroma Candle Promoter. You can get these items in any order.
Give Items to Jackie
Once you're done, head back past the statue and give the items to Jackie.
Take a Photo of the Two Friends
After the conversation ends, you'll need to take a photo of the kids. When that's done, talk to Jackie one last time to end the Commission and unlock this medal.

God-Speed Drift Guide
Speak to Bolter
Teleport to the Lower Level in the morning and find Bolter right in front of the lift.
He will mention that he made a customized skateboard for Shawn for his birthday, but soon found him crying after. He will then ask you to speak with him
Talk to Shawn
Find Shawn crying by the exit to the highway right in front of the truck. He will mention that he let his tortoise, Slowpoke, take the skateboard Bolter made for a spin.
Report Back to Bolter
Speak to Bolter once more and tell him what happened with Shawn and Slowpoke. He'll mention that while the skateboard is extremely fast and that Slowpoke might already be in the next city, it's implanted with a GPS.
He'll also mention to hide it from Shawn to make him learn his lesson. This should complete the commission, earning you the medal in the process. As for Slowpoke, he should be back the next in-game day, so not to worry.

As Promised, Drowned in the Harbor (I) Guide
Talk to Nian by the Sea God Statue
To start the commission, change the time to Evening and talk to Nian by the fish statue in Port Elpis.
Talk to the Shipowner and Dennis
After talking to Nian, head to the dock to talk with the shipowner and Dennis.
Speak With the Fishermen
After reporting Dennis and the shipowner's information to Nian, help him calm his nerves by asking the fishermen about the weather in Port Elpis.
Talk to Old McDunn at the Lighthouse
As the fishermen suggested, head to the lighthouse and talk to Old McDunn to get more convincing information for Nian.
After learning of the accident Old McDunn shared, finish the conversation with Nian to complete the commission.
