To spawn the enemy, first turn on cheat codes by typing imacheater in the F5 console, and use the spawn Neck command to spawn the enemy.

Use the Torch

Necks are one of the weakest monsters in the game. You can simply use a torch to deal with them since they are also naturally weak to fire damage.
