This guide will show you how to quick transfer items from your inventory to a chest and vice-versa in the game Valheim. Learn how to quickly transfer your items and manage your time more efficiently!

How to Quick Transfer Items

Hold CTRL and Left-click

If you need to quickly transfer your items to a chest or vice-versa, you can hold CTRL + left-click the item and it will transfer the entire stack of items right away. It only works if you have the chest you are transferring to or from is open.

Can Be also Used for Quick Dropping

If you do not have a chest open, holding CTRL + Left-click will drop the entire stack instead. This can be useful if you need to drop items on the fly!

Press Take All For Everything

If you want to move everything from a chest, you can press the Take All button, located on the upper right of the chest inventory. If you have the inventory space, this will transfer all the items in the chest to your inventory!

When to Quick Transfer Items?

When you are Transferring Single Items or Entire Stacks

Quick transferring can save you a lot of time when you want to transfer a bunch of single items or entire stacks. Instead of clicking and dragging, you can simply click once and move on!
