To spawn the enemy, first turn on cheat codes by typing imacheater in the F5 console, and use the spawn Wraith command to spawn the enemy.

Wraith Battle Strategy
Parry their Attacks
The attacks of the Wraith are very easy to read and the requirement to parry their attacks is pretty low. You only need a Bronze Buckler in order to parry their attacks so this makes it much easier to parry and counterattack in melee fights.
Use a Bow and Arrow
Another good tactic is to shoot arrows at the Wraiths. Wraiths still take a lot of damage from arrows and they only have melee attacks. This clearly gives you an advantage since they will be forced to chase you if you attack from a range.
