If you don't mind using cheats to find it, Lox can also easily be spawned with the console command.

To spawn the enemy, first turn on cheat codes by typing imacheater in the F5 console, and use the spawn Lox command to spawn the enemy.

Lox Battle Strategy

Use Fire Arrows

The Lox only has two melee attacks that are slow. This makes shooting Fire Arrows at the Lox the best strategy to use when beating them. If you are also equipped with a upgraded bow like the Huntsman Bow, killing the Lox will become easier.

Parry their Attacks

Since the Lox only has two slow attacks, parrying them is not that difficult and it gives you a large opening to attack then successful. The downside to this method is that you need at least the Black Metal Shield in order to parry the Lox's attacks.
