As of June 10, the Pre-Registration Promo for Persona 5: The Phantom X is now officially completed. All players will receive 20 Contract Draws, 15 Weapon Draws, and a free Avatar Frame, Profile Card, and Outfit for the protagonist on release day, even if they didn't pre-register their accounts.

How to Pre-Register
Wishlist on Steam
In order to pre-register on Steam, you will have to search for it in the Steam Store and click on Wishlist. Once the game is on your wishlist, your account will be automatically considered as pre-registered, allowing you to claim the various rewards on release day.
Pre-Register on Google Play Store
To pre-register on the Google Play Store, you first have to search for it in the store and press on Install for mobile devices or the Plus sign on the desktop website. Doing so will automatically pre-register the account you used and let you receive all the pre-registration promo rewards on release day.

Get on Apple App Store
As for iPhone/iPad users, all you have to do is search for the game on the App Store and press Get to fully pre-register your account and receive the pre-registration promo rewards on release day. Do make sure that you are pre-registering the account you plan on using to play the game.
