The best IVs for Summer Nerþuz are +Spd and -Res. Boosting Spd improves Summer Nerþuz's Spd stat from base 47 to base 51, and allows her to outspeed a majority of the metagame to create follow-up attacks using the Null Follow-Up effect of Love of Nerþuz.

Summer Nerþuz's base kit is already good enough to function as an offensive unit. Due to Love of Nerþuz's Special skipping effect requiring a high cooldown Special, we retain Dragon Fang instead of using faster Specials like Glimmer.
