What Kind of Character Are They? | ・Weapon skill inflicts Spd/Res penalty on foes, neutralizes follow-up negation, and prevents foes from counterattacking ・Boosts own Atk/Spd with Catch and Rouse skills ・Can move after combat with Canto effect from Far Trace |
Might: 14 Range: 2 Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). At start of turn, inflicts Spd/Res-6 on nearest foes within 5 spaces of unit through their next actions. If 【Bonus】 is active on unit or 【Penalty】 is active on foe, inflicts Spd/Res-6 on foe during combat, and also, the following effects will occur based on the value of total bonuses on unit + value of total penalties on foe: if ≥ 6, "neutralizes effects that prevent unit's follow-up attacks," and if ≥ 18, "foe cannot counterattack." |
Cooldown Count = 2 Boosts damage dealt by 50%. |
At start of combat, if foe's HP=100% or if【Penalty】is active on foe, grants Atk/Spd+7 to unit during combat. At start of combat, if foe's HP=100% and【Penalty】is active on foe, grants an additional Atk/Spd+2 to unit during combat. 【Penalty】 All effects that last "on foe through its next action." Includes penalties inflicted by a skill like Panic or Threaten and negative status effects (preventing counterattacks, restricting movement, or the effects of a skill like Triangle Adept or Guard). |
Enables 【Canto (Rem.)】. Inflicts Spd/Res-3 on foe during combat. 【Canto (Rem.)】 After combat, unit can move spaces equal to the number of spaces they have not used yet in their previous action according to their movement type. For example, a flying unit who has moved 1 space to attack an opponent, can move 1 spaces after as fliers have 2 spaces of movement. |
At start of turn, if unit is not adjacent to an ally, grants Atk/Spd+6 and 【Null Panic】 to unit for 1 turn. 【Null Panic】 if unit is inflicted with Panic (bonuses converted into penalties), neutralizes the "converts bonuses on target into penalties" effect for 1 turn. (Even though the effect is neutralized, the Panic status remains, and is treated as a Penalty status.) |
Stat | Superboon/Superbane | IV Recommendation |
---|---|---|
HP (17) | ★★☆☆☆ | |
Atk (10) | ★★★★★ | |
Spd (10) | ★★★★★ | |
Def (3) | ★★☆☆☆ | |
Res (6) | ★★★☆☆ |
◯ = Stat gains +4 with a superboon, ✕= Stat goes down by -4 with a superbane, - = No assets or flaws
See the IV Checker for All Units | Trait Fruits—How to Change IVs |
When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
Spring Delthea's best IVs are +Spd/-HP. Delthea's Spd is a superboon and can compete with the fastest units in the game and should be boosted as much as possible to maximize her potential.
Her HP is among the lowest in the entire game and reducing it will not impact her matchups, thus it is the bane of choice. -Def can also be used if you wish to potentially avoid Tactics Room in Aether Raids.
We recommend +Spd when merging Spring Delthea to +10 for similar reasons as above. +Atk is also an option if opting for more damage over outspeeding foes.

Spring Delthea's base kit is good to go out of the box. Just add an assist skill and a sacred seal and she's ready to go.

Note: Stats bonuses from skills are not taken into account.
Spring Delthea is a ranged magic attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.
Bright-Shell Egg is a powerful tome, assuming Spring Delthea meets the conditions for all of its effects to activate.
Below is a summary of its effects:
1 | Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1) |
---|---|
2 | Inflicts Spd/Res-6 on nearest foes within 5 spaces of Spring Delthea at the start of each turn |
3 | Inflicts Spd/Res-6 on foe during combat, if 【Bonus】 is active on Spring Delthea or 【Penalty】 is active on foe |
4 | Neutralizes effects that prevent Spring Delthea's follow-up attacks, if 【Bonus】 is active on Spring Delthea or 【Penalty】 is active on foe and if the value of total bonuses on Spring Delthea + value of total penalties on her foe is ≥ 6 |
5 | Foe cannot counterattack, if 【Bonus】 is active on Spring Delthea or 【Penalty】 is active on foe and if the value of total bonuses on Spring Delthea + value of total penalties on her foe is ≥ 18 |
To make the most use of Bright-Shell Egg, ensure that all the conditions are met!
Spring Delthea comes with three powerful passive skills in Atk/Spd Catch 4, S/R Far Trace 3, and Rouse Atk/Spd 4.
Atk/Spd Catch 4 boosts her Atk/Spd during combat and will almost always be active due to Bright-Shell Egg applying debuffs to nearby foes.
S/R Far Trace 3 applies a small debuff to her foe's Spd/Res, and more importantly, grants a Canto effect allowing Spring Delthea to reposition herself post-combat.
Rouse Atk/Spd 4 boosts her Atk/Spd at the start of each turn (assuming she isn't adjacent to an ally) and grants a 【Null Panic】 effect, preventing her bonuses from being reversed.
Spring Delthea takes 1.5x damage from cavalry-effective weapons like Thani or Binding Reginleif, and one blow from this type of weapon is sure to take her down. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!
