For port elpis, you can choose "you have big appetite" for trust gain.
I'm guessing that's the event where Soukaku will become available for Random Play promotions but another agent has that event first and is not yet finished. It happened to me with Miyabi.
This section is empty, Regardless of flavor you choose, Soukaku will say that she also likes them. Trust comes in the response after that, using the second option for your "you have great apetite so no food will be wasted" or something like that will give the trust increase. First option does not give trust increase and im still pending to check the 3rd option
Hotpot invite; spicy soup base gives a trust increase, as does two-flavor according to a previous commenter, but the clear soup base gives a Significant Trust Increase.

Spicy soup base also gives a regular trust increase; clear soup base gives significant trust. (she alludes to how much she loves it when you pick the spicy soup base, just now tested and confirmed)
So, roaming around and switching between maps it showed that Soukaku has one Trust Event in Random Play, but it is nowhere to show up. So I am not sure if I cannot find her or where she is, I interacted with every door and item and still she doesnt show up Reply

Lumina Square, Agent Gulliver and Securityboo choosing: “I admire you too, Sokaku” gave a trust increase
Lumina Square talking with cram class promoter: choosing "I can teach you, Soukaku" gave a trust increase
HAND Office invite: Saying "Sure" gives trust increase with a significant increase at the end of the hangout
When going to the movies in lumina square, i chose to watch a kids movie with soukaku. gave me significant trust increase upon confirming the choice and another trust increase after the trust event.
In front of music store (Bardic Needle) in 6th Street you need to select "afraid of the cat" for trust increase
