Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!

The Peace Detective trust commission can be unlocked when your trust level with Jane is near Level 3 or Close.
How to Increase Agent Trust Level
Have a chat with Jane inside the Random Play video store. She seems to be troubled by someone inside the store. After you two talk for a while, she then approaches the Man in Business Suit.
After Jane's conversation with the Man in Business Suit, talk to her again to inquire about her deductions of the suspicious person.

After hearing Jane's thoughts about the suspicious person, find the main in the suit in the alley behind Waterfall Soup in Sixth Street.

Wait for one day to pass by, then go back to the alley behind Waterfall Soup and talk to the whispering students. She will tell you that a murderer was caught on Sixth Street.
After talking to the students, a cutscene will occur, and you will be talking to Jane afterwards.

The dialogue choice you make in Peace Detective don't matter as it will not increase trust.
After completing the Peace Detective Trust Commission, Jane's Trust Level will level up to Close.
